TTB Ⅰ型（強力型）

產品概述頂旺TTB瓷磚膠Ⅰ型是一種聚合物改性的水泥基瓷磚膠粘劑，其施工操作性能、粘結性能等較之傳統的水泥砂漿大幅改善。

適用範圍︰

●可用于混凝土、抹灰、磚牆面上粘貼吸水率大于6%的普通瓷磚、陶瓷馬賽克和小型天然石材；

●與頂旺瓷磚膠伴侶（DL）添加劑配合使用，可在有輕微震動的基面上鋪貼瓷磚。

表面處理︰

●  所有表面應堅實、干淨、無空鼓、無油污、蠟漬、脫模劑和其他松動物；

●  油漆過的表面應作粗鑿，至少報暴露80%的原表面；

●  新混凝土面完成後，應養護至少28天方可鋪磚，新抹灰的表面應養護至少7天方可鋪磚；

●  舊混凝土和抹灰表面可使用工業洗滌劑或去油污劑清潔，然後用高壓水龍頭沖洗干淨。其表面經晾干24小時後方可鋪磚；

●  對于底材疏松且吸水性強或表面浮塵難徹底清理的表面，可先涂上頂旺L-Bond界面處理劑；

●  在吸水率大的底材或在高溫干燥的環境下，施工前先潤濕基面至外干內濕狀態。

施工工藝︰

●  將粉料倒入清水中攪拌成膏狀，注意要先加水再倒入粉料，攪拌時使用電動攪拌機；

●  混合比例為粉劑20公斤︰水4.4-4.8升；必要時可使用頂旺瓷磚膠伴侶（DL）代替清水，將DL用清水1:1稀釋後，再按20公斤粉劑︰5.6升添加劑比例使用；●  水粉充分拌合，完全無生粉團為準，攪拌完畢後需禁止放置約十分鐘後略微攪拌一下才可使用，可增加粘接力。

推薦使用刮板法，具體方法如下︰

●  用齒型刮板將膠漿涂于工作面之上，使之均勻分布，並形成一條條齒狀。每次涂布約

1平方米左右（視天氣溫度而定），然後在晾置時間內將瓷磚揉壓于上即可；

●  選擇齒型刮板大小應考慮工作面的平整度和瓷磚背面的凹凸程度；

●  如瓷磚背面的溝隙較深或石材、瓷磚較大較重，則應進行雙面涂膠，即在工作面和瓷磚背面同時涂上膠漿。

注意事項︰

●  施工溫度為5-35℃；

●  水粉比例可因底材、天氣、施工條件等不同而做出適當調整，禁止參加其他材料改變膠粘粉配比和性能；

●  在雨天施工時，一定要做好遮蔽防護措施，並且要確保在貼磚後的24小時內，施工區域不被雨水淋濕；

●  膠漿應根據天氣條件控制在2-3小時內使用完畢；

●  切忌將干結的膠漿拌水後再用；

●  鋪磚完後，須待膠漿完全干固後（約24小時）才可進行下一步的填縫工序；

●  瓷磚膠粘劑的括涂應均勻且填滿，粘結層的厚度應約為所用齒型刮板齒距的一半高。

參考用量︰

頂旺瓷磚膠TTBⅠ型的理論用量約為3.5-3.7kg/。具體情況視基面和瓷磚而定。

保質期︰

未開封產品在干燥、陰涼、通風處存放。在正常貯存和運輸條件下，產品保質期為一年。

DESCRIPTION

An economic thick and thin bed cement based adhesive, ideal for fixing ceramic,quarry and most

monocotturra tiles,slate,marble and natural stone to interlor and exterior walls and floors.

USES

● TTB can be used to lay tiles noto the concrete, cement render, blockwork and rendered brickwork surfaces.

● TTB can be used on walls and floors in both interior and exterior application.

SURFACE PREPARATION

● All surfaces must be structurally sound,dry,clean and free from movement,oil,grease,wax,curing compounds and other losse contaminating maerials.

 Painted surfaces must be scabbled to expose at least 80% of the original substrate. 

● Very porous surfaces must be scabbled to expose at least 80% of the original substrate. New concreate must be allowed to allowed to cure for 28days. Newly rendered surfaces must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days.

● Steel trowel finished surfaces must be acid etched or wire brushed prior to tiling. For old concrete and rendered surfaces,a strong commercial grade detergent or degreaser must

 be used to clean.

● Then thoroughly remove detergent/degreaser with fresh water using a high puessure hose. All surface to be dry for at least 24 hours prior to tiling.

● Ensure all release agents are removed from concerte surfaces,especially tilt-up slabs. 

APPLICATION

● Always add TTB powder to liquid component,mixing continuously until a thick creamy consistency is achieved.

● The mixing ratio is 20kg of TTB powder to approximately 4-4.8 litres of liquid.

● Spread the abhesive onto the substrate using a 6mm×6mm notched trowel for walls,a 10mm×10mm - 12mm×12mm notched trwel for floor tiles.

● Ensure that there are no voids under the tiles.For tiles with deep grover or ridges ,the adhesive

    should be buttered onto the back of the tiles in the addition to being trowelled onto the 

substrate.

NOTE: The adhesive coverage must be uniform and cover the entire tile thoroughly. The bed 

Thickness must be approximately half the height of the square notched trowel used.

COVERAGE

Coverage varies according to the site conditions and build up required.

SHELF  LFIE

Store in unopened bags in an elevated cool dry place. The shelf life is one year under normal 

storage and transportation condition.
