產品概述︰

頂旺大理石膠粘粉是一款專為大理石及其它天然石材設計的粉白色水泥基石材專用的膠粘劑。具有粘結性強，耐候性好，不滲色等特點。

適用範圍︰

●室內外牆地面用于鋪貼吸水率較低的瓷磚和室內牆地面鋪貼石材；

●可直接應用于混凝土、水泥抹面、混凝土板、抹灰磚面和水泥基防水涂層上；

●可用于短暫或長期浸水環境，如浴室，泳池等；

●可用于鋪貼陶瓷磚，馬賽克，釉面磚和天然石材。

表面處理︰

●所有表面應堅實、干淨、無空鼓、無油污、蠟漬、脫模劑和其他松動物；

●油漆過的表面應作粗鑿，至少暴露80%的原表面；

●混凝土面完成後，應養護至少28天方可鋪貼，新抹灰的表面應養護至少7天方可鋪貼；

●舊混凝土和抹灰表面可使用工業洗滌劑或去油污劑清潔，然後用高壓水龍頭沖洗干淨。其表面經晾曬干24小時後方可鋪貼；

●對于底材疏松且吸水性強貨表面浮塵難徹底清理的表面，可先刷上頂旺L-BOND界面處理劑；

●在吸水率大的底材或在高溫、干燥的環境下，施工前先潤濕基面至外干內濕狀態；

●施工前清理干淨石材背後的網格布。

施工工藝︰

●將大理石膠粘粉導入清水中攪拌成膏狀，注意要先加水後導入粉劑，攪拌時使用電動攪拌機；

●混合比例︰粉劑20公斤/水4.4-4.8升；必要時可使用頂旺瓷磚膠伴侶（DL）代替清水，將DL用清水1:1稀釋後，再按20kg粉劑︰5.6L添加劑比例使用；

●水粉充分拌合，完全無生粉團為準，攪拌完畢後需靜止放置約十分鐘後略微攪拌一下才可使用，可增加粘結力。

推薦使用刮板法鋪貼，具體方法如下︰

●用齒型刮板將膠漿涂于工作面之上，使之均勻分布，並形成一條條齒狀，每次涂布不要超過1，然後在晾置時間內將瓷磚/石材揉壓于上即可；

●選擇齒型刮板大小應考慮工作面的平整度和瓷磚背面的凹凸程度；

●如瓷磚背面的溝隙較深或石材、瓷磚較大較重，則應進行雙面涂膠，即在工作面和瓷磚背面同時涂上膠漿。

關于室內里面石材無釘粘貼︰

1.立面石材無釘粘貼需用頂旺瓷磚膠伴侶（DL）代替清水與大理石膠粘粉混合，以增加膠漿的粘結力和立面負重能力；

2.無釘粘結一般適用于面積等于或者小于400mm×400mm，厚度等于或則小于20mm的石材。若石材厚度在18mm以下，其面積可相應放大；

3.面積與厚度超過上述的石材，或質量特異的石材，需要先做現場粘結試驗，以確定其是否適宜采取無釘粘結。

注意事項︰

●施工溫度應為5-35℃；

●水粉比例可因底材、天氣、施工條件等不同而做出適當調整，禁止摻加其他材料改變膠粘粉配比和性能；

●膠漿應根據天氣條件控制在2-3小時內使用完畢；

●切記將已干結的膠漿拌水後再用；

●鋪磚完成後，須待膠漿完全干固後（約2小時）才可進行下一步的填縫工序；

●瓷磚膠粘劑的括涂應均勻且滿貼，粘結層的厚度約為所用齒型刮板齒距的一半高；

●對于低吸水率的瓷磚，需用頂旺瓷磚伴侶（DL）代替清水與大理石膠粘粉混合；

●對于金屬馬賽克或電鍍類馬賽克，可能會腐蝕馬賽克表面，建議要做局部試驗後才可使用。

參考用量︰

頂旺大理石膠粘粉理論用量約為︰8.0-12kg/。具體情況視基面和石材而定。

保質期︰

未開封產品在陰涼通風處存放，在正常貯存和運輸條件下，產品的保質期為一年。

DESCRIPTION

Dingwang Dribond Marble is a cement based,premium grade adhesive for ceramic tiles.  Dingwang Dribond Marble is a high quality thick or thin adhesive.

USES

●Dingwang Dribond Marble may be used as a water resistant tile adhesive for interior and exterior tiling of walls and floors.

●Dingwang Dribond Marble may be applied directly onto concrete, cement render concrete blockwork and rendered brickwork surfaces and certain waterproofing membranes.

●Dingwang Dribond Marble may be used in areas where intermittent or continuous dampness occurs, i.e, shower floors, swimming pools.

●Dingwang Dribond Marble may be used for fixing ceramic, mosaic, slate, terracotta, vitrified and quarry tiles, marble and natural stone.

SURFACE PREPARATION

●All surfaces must be structurally sound, dry, clean and free from movement, oil, grease, wax, curing compounds and other loose contaminating materisals.

●Painted surfaces must be stripped to expose at least 80% of the original substrate.

●Newly rendered surfaces must be allowed to cure for at least 7 days, New concrete must be allowed to cure for 28 days.

●Porous surfaces should be primend with Dingwang L-Bond Primerflex/Additive.

●Steel trowel finished surfaces must be acid etched, mechanically scrabbled or wire brushed prior to tiling.

●Old concrete and rendered surfaces must be thoroughly clean prior to tiling.

●Remove the gridding cloth at the back of stones before application.

APPLICATION

●Always add Dingwang Dribond Marble to liquid component, mixing continuously until a lump free, creamy consistency is achieved.

●The mixing ratio is 50kg of Dingwang Dribond Marble powder to approximately 4.4-4.8litres of liquid.

●Spread the adhesive onto the substrate using a 6mm×6mm notched trowel for walls, a 10mm×10mm-12mm×12mm notched trowel for floor tiles.

●Ensure that there are no voies under the tiles. For tiles with deep groves or ridges, the adhesive should be buttered noto the back of the tiles in addition to being trowelled onto the substrate.

Note: The adhesive coverage must be uniform and cover entire tile thoroughly. The bed thickness must be approximately half the height of the square notched trowel used.

COVERAGE

Coverage varies according to the site conditions and build-up required.

SHELFLIFE

Store in unopened bags in an elevated cool dry place. The shelf life is one year under normal storage and transportation condition.
